		<description>The best thing for buyers to do is consult their lenders on how much they can afford and then determine on their own how much money they will have available after all their bills are paid. Nobody will care about a buyer's finances like the buyer themselves. Especially, like you said, since a lender might have selfish intentions when giving a loan.</description>
